Dear MS Explorer 4.0 User

If you are using MS Explorer 4.0 you need to get a plug-in from SUN MICROSYSTEMS in order to fix it. Or you can install Microsoft's Service Pack for MS Internet Explorer (included in WIN'98), and then access through the "http://www.ipmet.unesp.br/radar/explorer" address.

Download can be done at the end of this page or at SUN. To download from SUN you should go to our home-page and then press the CONFIRM button, and follow SUN's directions to install it.

If you are in Brazil, it is usually faster to get it pressing the download button at the end of this page, and then follow these steps:
1) Close MS Explorer 4.0.
2) Run the transferred program file ( double click it ).
3) Follow given directions.
4) Run MS Explorer 4.0.
5) Go to the radar home-page
